NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING is given to all persons in Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District that a public hearing will be held on January 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM to review and vote on changes to create a Bounced Check Fee along with possible increase to Connection Fees and Standby Fee.  All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
